I'm all in favor of all the amendments.... "I refuse to testify on the grounds that it may incriminate me "
You interpret that as you will,,,, what does the word incriminate mean to you?? I don't believe the word torture is in the definition. TORTURE,,,,,not in the definition....,
If you were in court and a lawyer asked you if you were driving the car that hit his client what would you answer?? If the accident occurred on Tuesday in Richmond at 3:00 pm and you could prove you were testifying in front of Congress on that time and date, would you refuse to testify on the grounds that it may incriminate you ??
It seems you would... If you have no right to refuse, and won't voluntarily testify, your testimony will be compelled. By whatever means necessary. That practice was the very genesis of that right. I would do what my lawyer says. The system is full of traps, and does not actually provide justice. It's worse if you're actually guilty.

"We just went ahead and got these body cameras for these officers, and I'm glad that we did," Lemoine said. "It ... shed a lot of light on what happened the other night."
Yep, having them and revealing the footage will help cops fit back in to public society.

Impossible. Cops are pure, and only pull people over for legitimate reasons, never to harass or harm.
