I don't know what you all are on, but I had a Snapple last week and it Blew. My. Mind. All joking aside, I think this article is just trying to debunk all of the "Drink XX of wine per day to stay healthy" crap. We all know alcohol (like diet soda) isn't good for your health, so don't bullshit yourself, and just enjoy your drink without making excuses. Somethings just taste good, and are enjoyable - if you're not causing harm to yourself or others, then feel free to eat or drink.
