Feds provided more documents as possible evidence. This delay is approved by me.

I get that they have to at least give some consideration to the fact that they just received a truckload of documents, and that Trump is claiming that they'll exonerate him. I say if there is a delay, 30 days is more than adequate. But I also support saying that these documents are irrelevant now - they have more than enough evidence to go to trial, and if they were relevant then Trump should have done his homework long ago.

This development doesn’t bother me nearly as much as the FL case. Cannon is getting smarter in her maneuverings, preventing appeal opportunities for Smith. And that case is extremely important! Our national secrets have most likely been exposed/sold to our enemies!

They all bother me greatly because each criminal charge that goes untried, each on their own, is far and above the greatest failure of law and justice our country has ever seen. Each and every count that goes untried before the election moves us another step towards dictatorship.

Preach it John!
And of course Trump is becoming more and more brazen about calling for bloodshed if he doesn't win in November.
But don't worry - Mike Pence has finally come out and said that he won't endorse him. Not because he's a danger to democracy or shits on the constitution, but because he's not calling for a complete nationwide ban on abortion and birth control. Trump is just not conservative enough here!

Holy shit! Today, Cannon essentially said all the documents OJ took were covered by the PRA, according to Joyce’s substack tonight. I get her substack, along with Heather Cox Richardson’s, right before I head to bed most nights. It’s the making of nightmares!
I’m sure Jack will have some scathing words in his response. If her rulings stick, I hope this gives him sufficient grounds to have her removed.

She didn't seem to even understand the act.
But my understanding was that she thought each side should be able to explain the act in the instructions to the jury. Because clearly she can't read the law and do it herself.
She really needs to be removed from the case and replaced with a judge that has more experience.

Laws are quite a bit easier to break when you've appointed the judge. How on Earth can we not have explicit laws that prohibit conflicts of interest like this? Presidential appointees to the courts should be automatically recused from ruling on any matters directly involving the appointer. We used to have checks and balances, now we have Thomas and Cannon.
