Yes, yes you did.
But one could hope that they did the right thing. And I'm a little disturbed that the interpretation hinged on CONGRESS deciding how this amendment should be applied to and who should be affected.
But there is one thing that is 100% clear to me, and that's Clarence Thomas. If he's not going to do the right thing and step down from the court, the rest of the court should show an iota of integrity and tell him he will have to recluse himself from anything involving Trump. Won't happen, but it should.

9-0 Decisions don't come all that often which in my opinion is sad that it's always 5-4 on stuff that should be the laws moving forward with the full confidence of the Constitution being correctly interpreted and applied in accordance with the concepts it's authors and signatures intended,............

As far as Uncle "Pay Me Better", you'd have to consider that doing so requires a level of honor he does not possess.

They're not afraid - half of them are in his pocket or the pockets of his cronies.

I’m still trying to figure out the liberal side’s argument. They agreed that states cannot determine who is on their ballot, but they disagreed with the majority’s determination that Congress decides. So, how does a ballot get determined?
