They found the suspect in upstate NY.
And the three murdered were all in their late 60's or early 70's, while she is 23.
Sounds like they were trying to help her out by giving her a place to live. 'Nice' of her to repay them like this.

Piece of shit should get her trial and an express execution if found guilty. I have no idea how this is second degree murder times three. Capital murder if I've ever seen it.

I think that for first degree you have to be able to prove that the person mapped things out beforehand, and was planning things. That's why it's second - you weren't preplanning, but acted more in the spur of the moment.
