Local woman convicted of starving her child to death.
7mo baby who weighed only 7lbs
He hadn't seen a doctor since he was 3 weeks old when mom took him to the ER, but left without treatment.

She got 18 years.  Not enough IMO, but at least a long time.

Judge just reduced it to 13 years.  Because she grew up in bad circumstances.
I guess that justifies starving your baby to death.

Just disgusting.
