Felt like microwaved swampass butter when I got home from planet fatness and the 20 feet between the car and the front door was the final straw! GAWD! HOT! FUUUUUU you get the picture.
Got in and dried off and went looking for hydrating materials. Only thing I had was some PBRs wayyyyyy back in the back of the bottom shelf. Gat Damn! them babies were cold. And refreshing too!!!!

I admire your dedication. How is this plan working out? Are you trying to drop pounds or just get toned? Whatever,I hope it works out for you. I am down to 220, with a target of 200, mostly by light exercise and portion control. You have to feel better. Keep at it.

Thanks. All of the above but for right now it's just about getting up and going at least couple times a week. My energy level has gone way up and I do feel better/fitter/looser/stronger... and the meralgia parasthetica (pinched femoral nerve) in my leg has been A LOT better (knock on wood). Some days I can kill it and other days I think it's going to kill me.

No beer here but have been disappointed in the weather the past week as I too have been trying to get out and about. Been walking the neighborhood in the evening, but don't feel like it when I need wipers for my glasses from the humidity.
