Forget this - Spicer resigned? That should worry all of us, because if someone's going to go completely "bananas" with a gun, it's going to be him!
Incidentally, I love how this dude "snapped" or had some "mental issues" and had to be talked down by the police. If he hadn't have been lily-white, he'd be 'prone to crime' and 'dead as a doornail'.

He was upset that they were parked in front of his home, but he told police that he was shooting at them because he didn't want them to leave?

Should someone who so easily loses their shit, in such a way that they are popping off rounds in a residential neighborhood, retain the right to bear arms?

In my opinion, short answer no. Everyone, and I mean everyone has a breaking point, hard to tell what preceded this. Whatever the reason, that is not a reasonable reaction to something he should have walked away from.

Exactly, and this is why we have courts and juries. This IS Florida, and he may use the Stand Back Biotch While I Shoot Out Yo Tires defense, which says you don't have to be takin no dis from no asswole workin' cracker at yo crib. Seldom used, but still a viable defense. The video does show however, he did not use the sideways thug hold when shooting his pistol, which may hinder his presentation in court.

I wonder. Was it a ComCast truck? Cause if it was, the shooting is probably justified.
