I disagree. While I feel the front desk staff should have been more informative in terms of letting people know their wait times, this woman was looking for a confrontation and started things. I'd be really interested to find out if she really was puking in a trash can in the waiting room, and they ignored her. I know that we went to NextCare a while (and I do mean a while, cause I hate that place) back, and my daughter said she thought she was going to barf - they had her in back before she could finish the word and had a little tray for her. We still waited an eternity, but no office is going to have a patient puking in their waiting room.
I also wonder how crowded the waiting room was - if she was the only one out there I could see her being upset, but I bet she wasn't. Either way, the fact that her daughter didn't see the 'need' to record before the doctor came out tells me that there was a lot more going on that we didn't see.

Disagree with what?
And what is it with you people and this "a lot more to the story" shit?
FFS!!! Even if the lady stomped around making a giant fuss and acting a fool, what doctor yells at a patient to "get the fuck out!", accosts a person and takes their phone, and tries to delete the video of them doing it? Where's the rest of THAT story???
I thought we were better than this but I see the bar is set so low that common fucking sense doesn't even matter any more.
