That's originally sourced to a SciFi story. It's delusional nonsense.
You really just HAVE to live in constant fear, don't you?

Imagine a year without electricity. No processing of crude into gasoline and diesel, no pumping it out of the ground at local stations, entire transportation network dies, then everyone else dies from no food delivery. No electricity to pump water out of wells or process it in city water treatment plants, people start drinking out of rivers and mud puddles and die by the millions from the dirty water. 90% might be a lucky number, and those surviving are doing it by killing other people and eating them, along with the dogs, cats, wild game, etc. The country would be stripped of all living creatures, and the plants would be consumed, those that can be. The hybrid seed industry means no using previous crop plants to produce seeds for planting next year, because the hybrids don't work like that. Big, big crisis in feeding 300+ million that will fail miserably, and yeah... ending up with just 30 million people is probably pretty likely.

I don't have to imagine it - all I have to do is look at the news reports coming out of Puerto Rico. Of course, that is all their fault though since they didn't maintain their roads and power grids. Glad that we don't have *that* problem on the mainland, since our government makes sure that's all up-do-date and fully funded.....

The 1st step in solving a problem is to recognize you have one.

Our gov't doesn't "fully fund" our power grid, our electric companies do, thru us paying our electric bills.

Remember when this was going on? It seemed like a trial run by someone, maybe testing response. Nothing since then.

"HEMP-induced functional collapse of the electrical power grid risks the continued existence of U.S. civil society" "Restoration of the national power grid could take months to years" te.ieeeusa.org/2007/Sep/HEMP.aspWe talked about this when someone was shooting out transformers in Mexifornia. These dist transformers aren't even made here anymore, have to be ordered and made in Germany. You can imagine the turnaround time. Quit being such a pessimist and have a fun day out on the river. Take Wilson with you.

Nothing like aggressively defending yourself from every other nation in the world to get that bottom line up. Sure N Korea might be hot topic, but never take your eye off the real prize. Someone is interfering in our bidness, and it ain't Russia. Remember, once we start down that pre_preemptive hoot owl trail, there isn't any turning back.

Yeah, it's China. It was always China.
And our own traitorous Deep State Overlords, having placed Trump in power.
