Is it an artists decision what is done with their art after they sell it? Is it a manufacturer's responsibility what is done with their product after they sell it? Is it a manufacturer's prerogative what is done with their product after they sell it? If you use the bible as an excuse to do/not do something, as if if were some kind of contract, should you then be bound to the entire document?

Define art. Some people say that surgery is a 'fine' art. Does that mean that if my religious beliefs don't agree with yours, that I'm entitled to refuse to operate to save your life? Corporations are people as well. If my hospital's religious beliefs are different than yours, can I leave you bleeding out in the parking lot with no repercussions?
The list can be endless. Let them all eat cake.

For what is art, I imagine the court will retain the right to know it when they see it, just like pornography. I doubt they would consider a large majority of restorative surgery to be "art", but maybe they'd leave some room for plastic surgeons.
