FEMA at it again, more wealth distribution. Wasn't FEMA that awarded a $300 million no bid contract to a company with 2 employees to rebuilt PR's electrical grid? |

I know that this may be an alien concept, seeing as we never have disasters anymore, but why not prepare in advance?
You know, when you see the hurricane coming, have the military stock up on some MRE's that can be shipped right away, just in case for example.
