That's "Act Like A Patriot Act".
Well, they're asking us to pay for all government because the rich need more comfort, and they want to do some more of that comforting before the election. That's all I got.

Define 'significant'. Cause that tax bill was pretty damn significant, even if most people won't fully understand until they have to pull out their checkbooks and mortgage their souls to the IRS next spring.
