Had a right good size pork loin roast from Lidl that I cut into about 3/4" boneless chops. Topped off a half of a bottle of Lowry's Molasses Chipotle marinade with sangria and poured it over those joints and let it sit for an hour. Sliced up a bunch of red potatoes, a yellow pepper, an orange pepper, and a big onyunn, tossed in some olive oil, a little of the marinade, and some cracked pepper, in one of those foil pans. Covered with foil and Threw that on the grill, when it was about done, turned down the flames a little bit and put on the chops. Rounded it out with Texas Toast Ciabatta rolls.
I used to have a friend when I was just a bright eyed boy who would say "I wonder what the poor people are having for dinner"....well, Tom, tonight they had some bangin fucking pork chops and fried potatoes.
