War crime? Probably not. Act of war, yeah.

Killing civilians and piracy might be considered a crime if it were in the Gulf of Mexico, I suppose. We are at a period in time when the President is considering pardoning convicted war criminals and we are killing and imprisoning people who blow the whistle on war crimes, so it may be appropriate to ask this question before others ask it.
Act of war? Who declared this war?

What scares me Dave is that at some level "we" are committed to this war. Whoever "we" is has already decided that we need a trigger event to sell it to the public, and the end always justifies the means. There doesn't seem to be anyone willing to discuss anything but total war, and that won't be pretty. There's no accountability anymore, and that has happened before, with terrible results. I can't remember who said it, but it seems to represent all of our foreign policy.

So much winning I've lost track. Can't wait until we put some projectiles on a boat and shoot it at ourselves. Maybe it'll be from the McCain
