Forget what I said in the past about how pleased I was with it overall. Just had them send me all my records. There were doctors notes in there that I've never seen and it was shocking to me to see what a couple of them said. It became real obvious real fast that their doctors are working to keep costs down. One specialist in particular (dermatologist) basically LIED on his report, saying I was feeling well when I saw him, which is 100 percent false. My heart rate was less than 50bpm, I was lightheaded and sweating, and my BP was lower than normal for me. Actually went to the ER that very night. When I saw him it was pretty obvious he was third rate and even asked my primary there about seeing someone else but didn't follow up at the time. And then the report from the shrink, I guess the word psycho comes from psychology. She reported on record that I said "I was only there to build a case for disability".... mind you this was my second visit, not my first. Think she had an agenda maybe? Especially since I remember telling her of my distaste for all things Trump?
Guess why I ordered my complete medical record?

That sucks John.
Friend of mine learned the hard way to get copies of all her medical records. She has lupus, and doctor #1 just about bankrupted and almost killed her. She was going to sue, and got her medical records. Despite missing numerous test results that indicated something serious was wrong (we won't discuss the specialists who never did a proper follow-up), his notes were full of things saying she had psychological issues (strangely enough, the report from the psychologist who said she was perfectly normal), and other notes saying he had recommended tests that she didn't follow up with. Total CYA.
Unfortunately, at that point, she was so sick that her life goal was to stay out of the ICU for more than 10 days (the lupus attacked her intestinal tract and shut part of it down).
So yeah, she started getting a copy of every note entered into her chart. And if she thought she needed a test and the doctor disagreed, she told them that it had better be in that chart that she requested it, and they wouldn't order it.
It's sad that these are the lengths people have to go through.

Yeah they (not Kaiser) tested me for lupus about 8 years ago but it was negative. Many of the same syptoms, but also the same as some others that were supposedly ruled out. So they assign it to "syndrome" which comes from the Latin meaning "fuck if we know"... Which is NOT on the list of accepted conditions for disability. Surely this is going to take years and lawyers thanks in no small part to one stupid note on one report. Going to have to consider a lawsuit against her/them if SSA uses that as a red flag.
The second new doctor I have now seems sharp. He's not the "actual" doctor but rather the NP or PA, or NRA or something, I don't remember. Already have referrals for new psych and PT, which new doctor #1 hasn't produced since April 19th.
