I guess if enough of them handcuff you at the same time it wouldn't be good. I was at homo depo yesterday and they have battery snowblowers that run on 60 volt batteries, and the voltage keeps creeping up. Just a matter of time.

Yeah, a taser is not non-lethal, it's less lethal. I would bet that, like repeatedly tasering someone, tasering by several cops at once is outside protocols, because duh it's more likely to kill.
