And just verified it. Zantac is no longer available. What are those of us that suffer from GERD to do? Ugh.
First it was Prevacid that might cause cancer. Now it’s Zantac. I guess I’ll be chomping antacids 24/7.
And may I say again that I’m so happy to have a 24 hour Walmart here! I love avoiding people.

Not to make you all more paranoid or anything, but this is the way China is going to destroy us and take us over. China is now the world's largest manufacturer of pharmaceutical compounds. www.cfr.org/blog/us-dependence-pharmaceutical-products-chinaJust add small traces of things that *may* cause cancer, and get the drug pulled here. I mean, there must have been tons of cases of this drug causing cancer since 1981 when it came on the market, right? I want our drug supply to be safe, but being paranoid, this whole Zantac (and the heart and HBP med one before it) makes me wonder what's up. |

They didn’t take Prevacid/Prilosec off the shelves. I stopped taking Prevacid (I was taking prescription strength) as soon as I heard about it. Not so much with Zantac. I’m beyond giving a shit. I have one new bottle left and I’m taking all of it!
