Protein shake. Premier Protein caramel shake. Yummy! I have a Pure Protein chocolate shake as part of my daily breakfast. This week, I tried the caramel Premier one. I have it as a late night “snack” on days when my food or protein intake has been significantly low.

My very favorite was MetRX’s peanut butter/chocolate shake mix. I don’t think they make it anymore. But it was delicious. I made it with water and would mix it up in the blender, adding ice so it was nice and thick and drink it as I drove to work.
