Used to be that way but trending the opposite more recently. I don't see the one on his neck getting away with this one no matter how afraid he was of the unarmed guy in cuffs on the ground.

Yeah, he'll go down, but the other three will say they were afraid and therefore just sat around and watched.
It will never happen of course, but I'd like to see this excuse of a human go to solitary for the rest of his miserable life. He can be given a flush toilet (I'm not inhuman!), and a few buckets of water - three times a day, someone can push a cold sandwich and some cut up apples through a slot in the door. And I guess he'd probably have to be let out a few times a month so they could hose down his cell. Other than that, nothing. Let him rot.
And of course, the only reason this dude is going to finally go down is because this time there was video. Eight long agonizing minutes of video shot by witnesses who couldn't intervene because the perpetrators were the ones who were supposed to prevent this shit from happening in the first place.

At least 2 other officers were holding down the lower parts of his body (abdomen and legs). And I don’t think 3rd degree murder is going to get much time, unfortunately.

Please, they're going to say he had some condition or drugs or some such. So sorry, let the murderer go.

The 911 caller said it. Irrelevant either way. It was the cop that killed him, not the whatever he "was on".
