First thing. Police dispatcher should have told caller "we don't send officers to calls about bikinis". Second thing. Cop ESCALATED this almost immediately by cuffing her. He should be fired as this is the P101 for the police state most of us are fed up with.
Now on the flip side, if Rico Suave is walking along the beach and one of his nuts is hanging out, do you call the police or say to the guy "Hey! One of your nuts is hanging out you idiot!"? Or do you simply tell your kids to look at the ocean and not the guy's nut?
If the girl in the video bent over in front of me and I could see her balloon knot, I would just say "Nice balloon knot, where'd you have it done?".
