I had new Dr appts for both of us today and have a persistent cough today so they wouldn't see me. Telehealth visit tomorrow instead.
It's not Rona. I get this all_the_time. It's either allergies, the CPAP drying me out, or could even be anxiety. Those cough spells are gagging and brutal and that's what I had this morning.

I get those sometimes, first thing in the morning. I also always have a cough from allergies - there's always something irritating my throat.

Ugh. I am grateful not to have to switch doctors right now. Had to see my current PCP last month for an allergic reaction to something. They did the screening over the phone and I said that I was congested but thought it was only allergies. They told me to come in and they'd screen my congestion in the parking lot and let me know if I could come in.
Once they saw stuffy nose and lots of throat clearing only, they let me come in. I did ask what they would have done if they thought I might have the Rona - they said that if they feel you have symptoms, they'd refer you for a test or to the ER (depending on how severe they are).

Yeah I asked if it's a symptom of covid will they do a test? Yes they said, but not until I have seen a provider......... insert choice words here.
So far this morning, nada. Televisit set up this afternoon. Wonder how their going to get my vitals. Being that I have high blood pressure, you'd think they might want to know that little bit of information.
