LOL! Gotta wonder how much buyers remorse there is in the owner's suite!

How the MLB works is just like any other pro sport. I'll give you two names and you tell me if you recognize them both; Barry Bonds and Jimmy Rollins (in order to make my point I tried to keep the names modern and the main demographics the same). Which one can you immediately identify by face, uniform, and last but not least their accomplishments?
Harper is a household name, he hits bombs, he's got a rocket cannon arm and a 350 million dollar contract. Which one makes him most, and least, valuable to whoever's uniform he wears. So no, the Phillies aren't remorsing a damn bit.

Somehow other batters get bad calls but don’t have to jaw with an umpire about it.

The game (and other games) is full of guys like him. I can think of a dozen others right off the top of my head. He is certainly one of the worst when it comes to being a tantrum throwing crybaby on the field but that may also have something to do with the branding... only time will tell.
It's just too bad that some kid sits at home watching that kind and thinks "I wanna be just like him" and the next thing you know.... he's uncoachable. For me, anyway. I would sit a kid for throwing a fit until he learned that throwing fits is for show and not sport. When it becomes sport, I'm done with them.
