I still got it y'all. That tiny ass kitchen was rockn y'all. Food coma now in progress. Also completely wiped out from cooking most of the day plus the apt got hot as hell with the weather being in the 70s here today. That 6 pack was nothing but memory before kickoff. May need cheesecake in an hour just to say it was the full Monty.

I’m having my applesauce with Metamucil wafer crumbled in it right now. I may heat up a lasagna (5 cheese - meatless) later if I’m still hungry. Wowee! Such bounty!

We did the turkey dinner experience from Giant. But we did break out the good china for our re-heated dinner. Twas good, but not as good as if I didn't have to do any work!

It's my favorite meal and to be honest, it's the first full fledged home-made meal I've made since we've been here. The only thing that came "prepared" was the stuffing mix but it was the PF, which is pretty much just bread crumbs and a couple of seasonings. I added bacon, onions, apples, and some Reiseling (in place of one cup of water). Muh-WAH!.
The two of us only really like the white meat and were deciding between getting just the breast or the whole turkey to avoid all the waste. But as it turned out Food Lion was selling whole birds at .29/lb if you spend $35, so the whole gobbler was 4.50 vs the breast only which was $13ish. The carcass is going to the dumpster because I'm not going to bother making stock or soup. Likely the appendages will be joining in a few days if I can't find a good recipe/idea to use them in.
