I'm not sure if it makes it worse that this is a state trooper because not only does it reinforce the theory of systemic abuse but also everything that comes along with it, including the whole damn system being ignorant to it until the footage makes it to the public's eye. Anyone reading this other than the spooks that might have been alerted by their algorithm know with 100% certainty what is acceptable and what is not and to add..... what happens to us when we perform the unacceptable on the clock. Maybe someone glosses it over the first time but never a second time, and that would be for something far less than battery.
