If they somehow survive, then so be it, they did their time. If they don't survive, then boo hoo fish food. |

Nah - I say put them in a soundproofed house with the remains and occasionally drop a can of beans on the doorstep at random.
Let them truly feel how their surviving kids felt.
Did I mention the house would have nothing in it? Well, maybe a can opener, cause I'm a bleeding heart liberal.

Oh wait. Mom was visiting them the entire time!
She actually broke one the jaw of one of the kids a week before the oldest finally spoke out and got help.
So I amend the above - random cans of beans, and also at random, someone will show up, start screaming at them, beat the living crap out of them and leave.

Oh, there's already a special place in hell awaiting them.
Meanwhile, there are assholes asking why the 15yo didn't call 911 sooner. Um, maybe the kid was traumatized and terrified of what might happen if he reported momma?
Wanna bet that momma and daddy told the remaining three that if they said a word, they'd end up like their brother?
I can't help but think of those three kids. How can they ever recover from that trauma?

A good first step would be to rid the people that did this to them from the world, so they their nightmares will only be nightmares, knowing without a doubt, that those two will never hurt them or anyone ever again. It also blasts a signal to them and all victims (and their survivors) of unthinkable acts, that society cared enough about them to put justice for them first.
Without any other information to go by, I would hope that someone in their family can take them in and keep them together, with help from the community and other local resources moving forward.
