If you had asked me in March I'd have said it would never happen, but the shed is coming along nicely in our side yard! Mr. Minx and my neighbor (the one with the cute pooch) have been out there hammering and sawing away. It's been wrapped, the roof has been installed and they are now working on siding. It looks rather nice. Mr. Minx did all the layout and design on his own (well with the help of the internet too), and has been driving back and forth to Lowe's each week for the next wood installment. This makes me very happy - I was afraid that he'd get all the wood at once and leave it in the yard to rot! Once the shed is done, they're going to fix the steps on my deck, although they don't know that yet

My dad built a shed a few years after we moved into the house in Grafton. Years later, he decided it was too small, so he enlarged it. We called it “the annex”. 🤣🤣

I told him to go large or go home. So it's not huge, but not a tiny one either. Like the three bears, just right.

There's always pros and cons to ordering all the lumber at once. It was my SOP on almost every project I can think of But the way the last lumber turned out, it's going to pay off in time and frustration to hand pick it rather than let lowes pick it. Hopefully he has a pickup truck for all that plywood!
I've built several sheds, and as I say a lot, "back in the day". There's one across the street in the old neighborhood that I built something like 20 years ago that's still standing... At this point I'd probably just have them deliver one since there's no way I could do it solo anymore.

Our neighbor has been coming over on and off to help. I'd say that without that, Mr. Minx would definitely be in a bind.
One side has been sided - he's off to Lowe's to get more siding.
