This is the traffic study for the proposed location of the new Caps/Wizards stadium in NOVA.
Joke number one - Looks like the main artery in is going to be Route 1.
Joke number two - They say that once the complex is open, the average day will see an increases of 2500 vehicles.
Joke number three - On game days the number of vehicles will increase to 2800, but only at the end of rush hour.
Joke number four - Improvements to Metro will mean that fans *only* have to wait 45 minutes to board a train.
Joke number five - We only have to worry about the 40 home games the teams have, cause I guess the arena will be empty otherwise.

I personally loved the section about increasing bike routes.

Listen folks - if I have $150+ to shell out for the crappy seats, I sure as hell am not riding my bike to the arena in the middle of winter!

The true question is - what are these guys smoking and where can we get our hands on some?
