Exercise is good if you can talk yourself into doing it. The tug toner is always available, and you can workout anywhere, anytime.

Moved up to 5 lb weights for some of my exercises a couple weeks ago. My bicep tendons in both shoulders started bothering me a little, so I went back to 4s today. OMG. Should have taken another rest day, I guess. I can't lift my left arm.
Tramadol, here I come!

Unfortunately the month of April was not a good one for me in a lot of ways and my dedication to Plan suffered quite a bit as a result. I did manage to get into PF at least a couple of times but I know went at least one week without anything and only once or twice the other weeks.
Dragged my fat ass in there Friday and got an hour on the treaddy, for about 2.5 miles, and rewarded myself with 20 minutes in the mah sawj chair after that. Made it again yesterday, another hour, 3 miles this time. No time for the chair. Taking today off but plan to get back tomorrow and get back on some kind of track.
